At Wild Cacao Collective, we're committed to the quality and satisfaction of our products. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, here are the terms for returns and refunds:
Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Opened packages are generally not eligible for returns due to the perishable nature of our ceremonial cacao. However, if you discover an issue with the product after opening that wasn't apparent from the outside, such as damage or a defect, please contact us for a return and potential refund.

IMPORTANT: Due to the natural variations in our artisanal cacao, differences in texture, pattern, or taste between batches are not considered defects. These variations highlight the unique qualities of our living plant medicine and do not qualify for a refund.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@wildcacaocollective.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if there was a fulfillment error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned goods.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 10 business days.
Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at the address provided above.
