Shipping policy
We take great care to ensure your orders are shipped securely and promptly. All packages are sent with a trackable shipping service, and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
We ship our products (from Sweden) the same day if your order is placed on a weekday before 12pm. Otherwise it will be shipped out the following day. We ship to Scandinavia, Europe and US.
Let us know if your country is not on the list and we can arrange it manually.

For any import taxes or duties that may apply to international orders, please note that Wild Cacao Collective is not responsible for these charges. These fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information before placing your order.

Please note:
Delivery Confirmation: If the tracking system indicates that a package has been delivered, we consider it successfully fulfilled. At this point, responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the delivery carrier if this occurs.
Shipping Address Accuracy: To prevent issues, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be and encourage you to contact us if there are any problems with your order. While we cannot replace packages that the carrier confirms as delivered, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.
