How to use Ceremonial Cacao?
This is a block of ceremonial-grade Cacao that can be easily chopped with a knife and cutting board and you can follow the recipe we suggest a little further down.
Our Cacao is sugar-free and we recommend adding any sweetener of your choice. We love a piece of date or two or a tablespoon of raw and organic honey.

Recipe for Ceremonial Cacao
Instructions for this Colombian cocoa bliss
Ingredients per person:
- 2 tablespoons of our Tayrona Ceremonial Cacao
- 2 dl of hot water
- 2 dates
- 1 tablespoon of almond or Macadamia nut butter
- 1 drop of vanilla
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Heat the water on the stove or in a kettle until it's warm but not boiling.
- Add the ceremonial cacao and all other ingredients to your blender.
- Before blending, take a moment to set your intention, express gratitude, or perhaps hum a soothing melody or sing a cacao song.
- Blend all ingredients together for about 20-30 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into your favourite cup, take a deep breath, and savour each sip. Enjoy the harmony of flavours and the blissful moment. Repeat as needed.

I drink a lot of cacao and this is far out the most delicious creamy cacao I have ever tasted, and also the block of cacao has an amazing jaguar on it and it feels like a brick of gold, at least that's how I treated it, sooooooo good!!!!
